Hello, new member here. I have a question for anyone who knows their 2009-current f150 4.6L's. I am wanting to change the plugs on my 2010 4.6L and am wondering how I should go about doing this. It looks like I need to take off the fuel rail but am wondering if anyone has instructions for this or has done this job before? Thanks!

 

I think most change them without removing the rail. If you do just be careful to not lose the o rings on the injectors.
