Ignition Coil "D" Primary/ Secondary Circuit Missfire

On my 2004 f150 fx4 i replaced all of my spark plugs at 175k a few months ago, I knew i would be needing coils with-in a few thousand miles so i figured id hold out a few months, recently i noticed a missfire every once and awhile but it would never stay more than 30 seconds or so, it seamed after hard acceleration it would start then stop on its own. My scanner read: Fault code: [P0354] Ignition Coil "D" Primary/ Secondary Circuit. So i went ahead and replaced all 8 of my coil packs with life time warranted brand which i paid $360 for the set. Thinking this would solve my problem, i drove yesterday with no problems, but today it did the exact same thing it was doing before i replaced my coils, and it thew the same code, and i cleared my Fault Log Manager before so i know im not reading the code from last time. I need some input on what is going on with my ignition system seeing as how i have replaced coils and plugs already. Thanks!

What plugs did you use? what "brand" were these coils? for that much money you could have ordered Motorcraft and they are the best. Try getting these lifetime warranties to honer them. Check you heater hose above #4 for leaks. could be thats the cause..

Sorry about the spam deal, didn't know what to do about that, its edited now. Plugs are champion the "good" ones so I've been told. The coil's are BWD's E508 model number. Where is coil 4 located on my engine?
