Maybe I'm looking at the wrong page but I can't find an option on fuel tanks. It says (99book) the RC 4X4 is 24.5 gal for 6 1/2' box
all other 6 1/2' box trucks are 25 gal
all 8'box trucks are 30gal. I know I wanted the extra tank but was told when I ordered that it wasn't avaible on my truck.

my window sticker implied that the 25 gallon tank was an upgrade, it was listed in the optinal equipment area. I didn't know either way, I just assumed it had a large tank...

I think they done away with the 2nd tank as a option when they went to the new style in 97 before 97 you could get the 2nd tank as a option.

Yes TINA IS RIGHT ONLY ONE TANK PER TRUCK WHICH EVER YOU HAVE. FORD DONE AWAY WITH DUAL TANKS ONE REASON THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE SWITCH THAT WORKED BETWEEN THE TANKS. IT WAS HARD ON FUEL PUMPS, VERY BAD.
