Check the FPDM again. Make sure the plug is seated correctly. Also I believe the unit needs to be grounded so clean any corrosion around the bolts.Check the inertia switch again, make sure it is reset.

That just confirms that the FPDM is not working as does the P1233 code. You may need to locate a wiring diagram and see if there is power or an open ground in the wiring. Don't forget the inertia switch is part of the circuit.

Glad you got it figured out. Always nice when people actually post the result of what fixed the issue.
Cheers

Assuming that you attempted to jump your truck, did it start then at all? I woke up this morning and my truck turned over once and then the starter just started clicking. When i jumped it, it fired up right away and i ran it for 30 minutes and after in hour it was dead again. I cleaned the terminal posts but haven't had a chance to jump it again. If that doesn't fix it i believe it could be my alternator. But is it possible that a bad ground could be the cause as well? I want to think no since it fired up with a jump. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Usually better to start your own thread pertaining to your own problem. You will usually get better answers that way.

Sounds like a bad battery or alternator. Many of the chain auto parts stores will check your charging system and battery for free. Advanced auto, O reillys or autozone will do it for free. No need to remove anything, just go to the store and they will check it out.
