I have a 2003 F-150 supercrew with a 5.4 litre the service engine soon light cam on so I had a parts store hook up their computer and it said the number seven cylinder is not firing so I bought a coil and plugs, looking to find out if anyone knows which cylinder number seven is?

 

Third one back on the passenger side.

#7 is the worst one. 3rd one back on drivers side. Covered by fuel regulator.

 

You can still get a socket on the cop bolt, kinda offset enough to get it off without stripping the bolt head since there's not (or shouldn't be) much torque on the bolt. I do it every time with the fuel rail on.
