Motor Swap Question

Ok so i have found a 2001 Ford econovan (check spelling) with a 5.4l with 51xxx miles on it. It has the ecm and everything complete, wiring and so on.
I have a 2001 Screw 4x4 with a 4.6l, Im wanting to do the swap. Will i have many problems? If so can i have some suggestions...
My engine has over 210k and i feel it's going out soon so i want to be ready and can't find much in the engine department under 150k or more....

Shouldnt be a big deal. might have to use your oil pan off the 4.6. Probably use the ecm in your truck and get a tune. Then exhaust system and that should be it..
