I've learned a lot from you guys this week!
Just want to thank all of you that participated in my threads this week. I've appreciated all the advice and instruction. I plan to get started this weekend on my adventure i.e. project intake manifold gasket/plug/cop replacement. As far as install goes, I need to forget about using anti-seize on the plugs, use plently of dielectric grease, and torque them to about 28 ftlbs. Now, one last question.....what are your recommendations for the gasket install. What kind of sealant should I use if any and where should I apply it...corners or everywhere?
Thanks again everyone...hopefully I can post some favorable comments next week!

No any other sealer need...
Spark plugs, no dielectric grease on ANY contacts. just put a gob on the porcelain part of the plug after torqued it.
What are you doing about the crossover tube that connects to the back of waterpump and leads up to the heater core hoses? I believe I said to get new o-rings for it while your in there...
if you need further help, post pics as that is the best way for us to guide you along young grasshopper
