Timing Chain Tensioner Loud

I have a great link here for the 5.4L 3 valve engine and the many noises the driveline will make. Shows detailed information from specific spots, also give examples for things that are not normal. I came to the conclusion that my timing chain tensioner is causing the "rattle" noise at cold startup after its been sitting for 10-12 hours. It only happens some of the time, but eventually I will get a new tensioner and guides installed. I'm assuming the sound will only begin to happen more frequently. Any incite on the Tensioner is welcome. Go to link and there are 3 or so videos just on the 5.4. Not sure if these will work, the first one talks about how the variable timing works and the various sounds. These videos are very technical. Around the 10or 11 min mark on the first like is when they talk about the bad tensioner sound.
