02 Screw 4.6L V8 .... smoke?

Every so often (about once a month "that I notice"), I crank of my screw and get a puff of blue smoke out the exhaust.
It's happened after a short shut down rest and long over nighter. Yet, again, it is kind of seldom. Maybe once or twice a month or two. It's just on initial start up and then clears up almost imediately at idle. 95,000 on odo.

What's this mean and should i be freakin out ?

Thanks!

its oil getting burnt that is getting past the valve seals.

yup nothing major. just keep an eye on the oil level just in case, and your good. since its just at startup and rarely does it, then i cant see you needing to top it off, but its always good to check.
