Engine Rebuild(best Cams)

As the title says I am going to rebuild my 4.6l engine(I am not gonna do the 5.4 swap because if I did that and want to make it forged it would be twice as much) and eventually(read: maybe one day) slap a small turbo on it so I guess my question is what would be a good set of cams that would be affordable and best for low-end torque.

I ask for low end because I dont really want a speed demon I would rather have something with a good amount of torque that I can pull my project car around with(a 1974 corvette stingray)

also assuming I get to actually put a turbo on the engine would the m5OD handle it and also would I still be able to put the turbo on with the PI heads or would the compression be too high
