P0102 indicates you have a fault with the MAF sensor. Inspect the wiring and connector. Reseat or repair if needed. Pull the sensor and inspect the filaments to see if either are broken.
Treat the MAF issue first as it is more critical and may be a contributing factor for both of the O2 sensor codes. A bad MAf will also cause the engine to fall flat on its face. With the power off, disconnect the MAF sensor and see if the engine runs more closely to normal (ignore the CEL that WILL result). If the engine runs well with no MAF in-circuit, then there is a fault with the MAF or its related circuitry.
