For real blown head gasket

So I picked my truck up from my fiance who had my truck for a few days while I got her's fixed and it was running rough, low on power. At first I was thinking injectors, but after parking it and driving it again later I knew it was worse. I couldn't get it above 2000 rpm's with the pedal to the floor. I checked my coolant and it was empty, so i filled it with antifreeze to wait on that sweet smell. put it in reverse and white smoke started rolling out of the exhaust and it was sweet smelling. Blown head gasket? and how much would you all say it will cost? I've got a guy who gets parts for cheep and will work for next to nothing.

I'd just get a junkyard motor. Be just as much work or more to repair it and you never know how all that turns out. Get a good running low miles engine you could get a newer one but you have to tune it for the PI heads..
