The idler pulley assembly would have to be replaced if that's what it is - you can't rebuild it or replace the bearings in it.

GLC you can knock out the bearing in the idler and replace it. thats what i did on mine... idler pulley assbly 30 bucks < Bearing 3 bucks. its really simple to do if you have some high speed bearings.

I replaced the bearings in mine, just knock em out

I just purchased two idlers from different places, sounds like a waste, but they were so cheap with combined shipping, I couldn't pass them up. Both new ones had a tiny bit of wobble, my bad one was tight.

Just an FYI, that wobble is alright- changed mine out last winter.
