Question 00 5.4L Running w/ no power. Bank 2 Lean Code..

Hi everyone, new to the site!!

My uncle has a 2000 F-350 cube truck he uses for work with a 5.4L in it. Lately the truck has been running with no power (almost like it is a 4 cylinder). It takes a long time to get up to 45 mph and has a hard time going any faster than that. Had him run the codes since the CEL was on and it came up System Lean Bank 2 (no other codes than that).

The truck is going to be coming to my place Monday so I thought I'd get a few of your thoughts on what to look at? I know the plugs and regular/maintenance "stuff" has been looked at and changed already.

Thanks in advance and looking forward to being a part of the forum!

I'm not sure on the what kind of plugs are in it. I will have to check that Monday. As far as the weight in the truck I know it not more than it can carry for sure. Not to mention that he has had the same thing in it for many years and never had a problem with it before. It is used for fiberglass insulation for new construction houses.
