SES light and codes help please

I have a 99 F150 5.4l w/ 140k in the ticker. The truck seems to be running OK, but the OBDII is throwing the following codes:

P0443 - EVAP Emissions Cont valve C malfunction
P1451 - Manufacturer AUX Emissions Control
P1409 - Manufacturer AUX Emssions Control
P0135 - O2 Heater Curcuit Bank 1. Sen 1
P0155 - O2 Heater Curcuit Bank 2. Sen 1

Ive changed the O2 Sensors, but it's still showing the codes after Ive clearded the twice. From the tons of searching on this forum I figure its time to check the wiring runnig to and from the O2 sensors.

For the other codes, I can't shake the feeling that one problem is causing the three other codes to pop.

Any and all help comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

All of the components share the same fuse. Check fuse #23 in the battery Junction Box.

Glad I could help. But if it blows again you will need to track down a short....
