How can I tell if I have a bad PCM?

I have an 01 with a 5.4.. How do I diagnose a bad PCM?

Well it's thowing the p0102 code for low input on MAF.. all the wiring looks good and i tried a new MAF sensor but that did not fix it.. All i can think of now is a bad PCM.. when i start it and put it in gear and push on the gas it hesitates for about a second and then takes off.... and it seems sluggish when i step on it, it kind of feels like turbo lag...

Engine Build in progress- all forged bottom end. New Eaton M112 ported with 8 lb pulley, 3.25" upper and other go fast goodies.. Pics soon to come..Long tube headers, true dual 3" exhaust w/ hi flow cats, magnaflow X pipe, borla 14" oval mufflers into 4x18 slant cut 45'd tips
