Old Guy Changes 4.6 Sparkplugs

You know you are getting old when you plan to change just 4 of the spark plugs at one time.

I just did the pass side plugs on my 4.6 97 F150, and put on new wires.

This was a pain.

Also dropped on of the bolts for the plastic throttle body cover down under the intake, Any suggestions on how to retrieve it?

Thanks.

you could remove the alternator and find it.

Yea, you can see where they get hung up. That's where I found my missing 1/4" drive Snap On ratchet lol.

This little guy comes in handy, it was only a couple bucks at Oriely's/Murray's (make sure you get replacement bulbs at the same time) -

Thanks.

Got all 8 plugs changed, in three sessions. Also the wires!

Thanks for the photo of the valley. I have not found the bolt, but I may get one of the flex shaft magnets!
