Relocating the oil filter

Since my '99, 5.4L, 4x4 oil filter is in a tight spot, I need to know what you guys do to relocate it. What brand is best and where did you install it?

You can find them at the salvage yard. User "Galaxy" (Look him up) has a nice after market kit.
