Decided to give the beast a little more pep. I got a 10lber i am going to run on a race gas only tune at the track. I have not had problems with high intake temps with the 8lber but just to make sure i am putting water/meth back on it tomorrow. The goal is to have it tuned with the 10lber and meth next weekend and put the springs and shocks on and hit the track in two weeks. As much as i really hate to i am probably going to put a set of 3.73's in it too. All i ever run is 1/8 but want to go 10's in the 1/4 and i am out of gear with the 4.10's. It had the balls last time just not the gear to get it done so im thinking with a little more power and better suspension it should be within reach. I talked to BTJ on Lightning rodder a couple months ago and he said he has the fastest times no nitrous. He said he ran a 6.93 @ 97.95 and 10.95 124. Cooler weather is right around the corner so im trying to get it together and take down some records before it goes under the knife again. I got it on the scales last week and was shocked it was as light as it was in street trim. If all else fails i bought a FJO progressive controler too

between BTJ, CTtopgun and hammer there's been some impressive things done without the larger twin screws and or spray

I got my belt today and did a test fit with the 10lber and it is tight. I didnt think i was going to get it on but after a few min i got the bastard on. Their isnt a chance it is going to slip. I ended up getting a Gates HD belt for it.

I want 6's. I am not going to mess with the 1/4 this year. I am going to focus on the 1/8 and then try setting it up for the 1/4 next. With that being said my goal is a 6.90. More boost, meth, suspension, and more weigh out i think it will do it. I pulled another chunk of weight out of the truck the other night.

Quick update, a few weeks ago i threw the 10lber on and made some pulls with the 8lber tune and the a/f was a little rich but not terrible. I put the water/meth on with the 8lber and it was really rich. So me not thinking i went to the track with the 10lber and the meth and it was pig rich, like 10.2 . It owuld come off the line like a animal then take a ****. So i pretty much wasted the track visit because i couldnt lean it out enough with my programmer. It ran 7.20's and one 7.50 when i forgot to take the ebrake off when i launched. It cut high 1.5's all weekend, all i did was tighten up the rear shocks, still the stock front suspension.

I was going to go for the eaton record and i think i would have been really close but decided to change directions one again. I had fun with the eaton combo but decided that it wasnt going to get me to the numbers i wanted. I decided to go the twin screw flavor. I think it is funny the new blower itself has more liters than my my 2.0 focus engine does

I am going to pick up the blower next weekend! He said it will be off by then so i am takin off early friday and going after it and hope to take it for a spin friday night! Im getting excited!

I been thinking about it, what would i have to do to convert my truck to cop? I have had no issues out of my setup but it would look a lot cleaner without all the wires.

Took a little trip friday night up to northern Indiana and brought back a 2.3 kb with the JLP plenum. I am pumped to get to drive it again. He put 1k on it and bought a 2.6 and the original owner put around 3k on it and it shows. The rotors literally look like new I been hunting all weekend and havent did anything but sit it on and take a pic. The original owner painted it ford blue and the guy i bought it off of stripped it off and their is a few little specs of it left so i will probably paint it black to match the rest of my theme. I got a few other pieces to gather then it is off to get another tune.
