That's where I am shifting 54-5500. Don't want to go much higher than that with stock rods and pistons especially under boost! Forgings will be coming soon!

I haven't had it on a dyno yet but it pulls super hard, there is NO traction on 305/40/22 tires and the little 4r70w is taking a beating. I will be swapping to a 4r100 out of a 03 Harley soon! I've got the tranny already and a Pcm from a 02 Lightning and still looking for the rest of the parts for the swap. I will keep everyone updated with pics when I start the swap.

So does that motor have upgraded internals? How are you running boost without it? I kinda want to. Any suggestions as to what i should go with?

yeah, is that motor running factory internals with the centrifugal s/c? Low boost no intercooler? Because he had said he had it on his 4.6...But it doesnt seem like its got forged anything. I know the only difference between a stock 5.4 and a lightning block is the Ford racing forged crank, same pistons. So...Do the navi motors come with a forged crank? I doubting it but just cerious...I basically have done everything i can get for gains, and i want more, but i dont have funs for building the block quite yet.
