Has anyone changed their own front diff. gears on a 97-03 IFS??

I swapped mine out with 4.10's. What do you need to know

Good looking truck. I agree with the other guys, keep the truck at the height you're at and get bigger tires. My truck has been re-geared, but I didn't do it myself, I had a buddy of mine do it for me.

I've got everything to do the rear and it should be fairly simple. Yet I've never been into a IFS diff. Besides the ring and pinion gears, what all parts does the IFS diff. require?? Thanks.
