Same here. I think the dealers write it in there often.

You just need to find the PATS box. They put them in differant spots. I know my 2001 Expedition is under the dash above your left foot. It is printed on that box. I have heard of stickers on the side of the glove box also but the PATS box is a sure thing. I am not sure where your model has it located. Do a search and there is alot of info

On my 2001 F-150, there is a silver box up under the dash. I believe it's roughly above the brake pedal. On that silver box is a white sticker with your 5 digit code.

How about for an 01 supercrew? How easy is it to change the code on these things? When I bought the truck earlier this year, I had no idea what the code was, but I thought I had it figured out because it seemed to work more often than not. One time I started hitting a bunch of buttons to get it to work and all of a sudden the lights on the pad started flashing like crazy. Did I change/reset anything doing that?

im not sure about the reset procedure. I would consult the owners manual about that one.....

The code should be above your pedals on the firewall area inside the truck

I have a 2002 SuperCrew and I had the same problem. I went on the hunt for mine after my kids locked my keys inside. It is under the dash right above the e-brake pedal. Just get a flashlight and start looking around. It is a white box with a bunch of wires running to it. As far as changing the code you need to enter in the factory code first. I think there is a little about this in the owner manual. Just thought I would help out...Later..

I just found what you're talking about, and the code. I guess I didn't screw anything up, the code worked on the first try.
