looks like a good install.
i have my relays mounted down under the wash bottle, for now anyway.
you did a lookin good job on your harness
there's alot of wires coming together at the relays huh?
mine not as neat loking there putting it where i did its a little harder to work on.

Hey guys, yeah I have no clue on how to "clean up" the wiring. with splits and splices, alot of that you cannot get wire loom to "cover it up neatly" I suppose I can hunt for some larger diameter stuff. I don't think this is going to be a fire hazard there chucks, everything works correctly and is grounded good and fused properly. It may not be pretty but I'm sure its safe.
Scott, its no kit, its a fabbed up deal, 2 standard relays, some wire and fans and a thermostat, done! lol

It would take a little work and some planning - but it looks like you could make an awesome harness for it if you really wanted to. Now that you can basically see how everything connects - It wouldn't be to difficult- it could be fun designing your own.

Just a suggestion, but I would try to label the wires with something. The all red wiring is confusing to me. Maybe black to the negative and red to the positive for starters. Kind of curious on the relays. What was the goal? One fan at X temp and both at Y temp. Would like to know more about the setup.

What are the heavy wires running up into the cowling for ? I'm guessing those are going to your switches inside the cab ? If so, replace them with 16AWG wire and they will be much easier to hide and work with.
That's exactly what I thought when I saw the "harness" picture.

I would recomend an LED indicator of some sort and placed in the dash area to show if the fan is functioning or not. That little light does help, it came in really handy once in the Mustang.

Oh and yes when you feel like working on your fans, change the negatives to black. That would really help you out when trouble shooting.
