Since you are built and have a ported blower and your going to need a MAF, injectors and another tune i'd throw a 6# lower on it!

I was just thinking and have a questions or more of a statement.

EDIT:

I'd like to see how your tuner is tuning cause i have NEVER EVER heard of a 4# lower maxing out a MAF and 42#s. I have friends with 6# lower with 42# injectors with room left yes the MAF needs to be changed with the 6# lower but NEVER a 4# that i have ever seen.

I have a 4# lower and 90mm maf and have plenty room left with my maf and injectors.

I believe he has a 255LPH which also should be fine for up to a 6# lower. The same guy i was talking about with the 6# lower and he is running a single 255LPH pump also without a problem so i dont know. He also has long tubes, and all the supporting mods for a 6# lower.

Im confused!

Ya think it could have something to do with his 10.2:1 compression pistons?
I think he'll make a lot of power with that compression,,Might not be able to run much timing on 93 octane,,,but put some C16 in there and look out!!!! He'll be running circles around all of us.

He is probably making a lot more power with a 4# pulley then most Ls would with a 6# pulley!

true, however, it seems to me im making more or equal hp to somoene who'd be running a 6# lower..its making way more power than i thought at only 6*of timing..the tuner said my injectors were close to being at its max duty cycle and figured i might as well get injectors with the maf to save me money for another tune..

Do you have full exhaust? That might be why. Boost is only a measurement of back pressure/restriction, guess your flowing really good!
