Well I searched and searched and finally found someone who didn't jack up their prices due to the demand. Anyway I ordered 8 - 4 packs of these plugs - it cost me $230.00 all total (7.19 per).
Today I recieved the shipment and they only sent me 8 PLUGS!!!
Hope no one else falls for this.

Anyway I called customer service - we'll see what transpires from all this.
I am thinking about calling the credit card company if all else fails.
Anyone have any idea as to how I can maybe solve this problem. (only of course if I don't get anywhere with customer service).

don't wait to long to call the credit card company. if you don't here back in 24 hours, call the vendor one last time and tell them what you are about to do, then do it. write down the time of day you called the vendor and who you spoke with, have all this info ready when you call CC cus-service

 

I used Rock Auto and they were just under $9 apiece, Good luck, and call the credit card company and dispute the bill till the plugs are delieverd.

 

maybe I'm missing something, why did you order 32 plugs? Do you need to change them on 4 vehicles?

I would call customer service. It could just be they are on backorder?

 

I got 3 friends at work that were relying on me to get them a "Good deal" on a set of these.
