the rear disc idea was mainly for when towing, heres why.

i tried to get a new black car to load up at 70 on the freeway. i got cut off 4 or 5 times in that 5 miles and i was fed up with people not thinking hey, truck, trailer, lots of weight give some space... so when this guy got behind me within 30 feet of my trailer i gave him my mind. parents behind me dont know how he missed me, but i really wanted that new black car! such a shame it didnt load up.

so thats where i thought i could benefit from rear disc, for towing.

the fronts, i think i'll definately agree with u guys, holy hell brake kits hit the wallet.

were u referring to a different caliper vs my stocker? which? again search button? i guess im simple minded, i always thought more piston calipers = better braking not different rotors.

as for kaboom, i could run a newer 8.8 axle, the physical swaps not a problem. just a minor nuisance since i have to carry my 4.88's over. the reason im running the 8.8 is because it has not failed on me yet. when it shears a shaft i'll move on, i'll sell my locker to my brother and look for bigger.

No , not after market calipers. New ones. OEM's are fine there , dual pistons.

I don't think so. There rebuildable, it's not worth the trouble. Those are "Doormen" Calipers $125 for both on eBay. That pick was from last year, they work great for me.

- Yea , quick launch - At the time I was using a MAC and a PC along side one another. MAC was a dual 2.7 /liquid cooled. PC was a 3.4 w/HT. The MAC smoked the PC everwhere lol. I sold all that sh^t on eBay.

If they aren't switching then how does the PCM adjust the A/R and timing?

good thought, they hover around 0.94 on my datalog, which may explain why i get p172 and p175 flagged at idle.
STFT's are .969 @ idle 0.89 @ 2000-3000 rpm... again this is no load.
what i cant explain is why my pulse width drops at part throttle from idle.
timing is being adjusted for sure, so you just asked a question that i dont have an answer for.

yeah u buy bigger casters at lowes :P
i swapped my o2's out for freshies, still havnt driven it. new dispute with county, apparantly 8 vehicles in ANY condition makes u a junkyard. im sorry but fellas, 6 adults in this house with a minimum of 2 vehicles...

anyway, troyer is suppose to get back to me either thurs / friday.

im gonna have to make another datalog to see if the o2's switch. they were definately running in rich environment. wideband action is usually 10.5-11 at part throttle, 14.7 -15 at cruise conditions and idle. cruise conditions would spike rich too, i usually saw a spike to 10 and back up to about 15.

I don't know what to tell yuh there, you have 42's correct and your "roughly" tuned in. Troyer should be able to fine tune mixtures and tables from your data log I would think - That's why he makes the BIG bucks.

That is where your at now right ?

BTW - Still waiting for a good video - Lets see some launcher's - Lets see yuh eat a few Stangs
