lol well here, i did something while waiting for help and finishing parts like a autometer guage or 2. figured oil pressure was easier to do with the motor out.
8.8 axles in 97 had the axle vent on the tube itself, allowing oil to easily heat up and blow out the vent. quite annoying on long trips

Any of that ton left? Is that the top and the bottom pieces? I'd like to have a good torque manifold that flows well.

You put things out there at a good price and it will sell till it's gone. There's a 5.4L aluminum manifold coming soon since the guy's 4.6 went so well. You would think Edelbrock would make one.

Seems like most companies are that way. Why make stuff for a Volvo when there's so many chevies out there. They make things for Ford to keep customers. At least the mod motors are getting there. I worked on GenIII engines at GM after working on 4.6's first. I wasn't at all impressed with the GenIII with exception they put the exhaust valves in right like a Ford. They did carry over the buick style port they found that worked. I had a street engine I had had the ports done like that and they kicked butt.
