Headgasket parts list...valve seals?
2001 4.6L PI Romeo engine is getting headgaskets. I plan on ordering everything from teamfordparts.com. Just wondered if someone could check my parts list to make sure I'm not missing anything. Also, can I change my valve seals at this time? What is involved?
IAC gasket
Thermostat gasket
Intake manifold gaskets
Intake crush limiters
TB elbow gasket
Harmonic balancer bolt
EGR valve gasket
Valve cover gaskets
Timing chain cover gaskets
Exhaust manifold gaskets
Front crank seal
Water pump gasket
Headgaskets
Head bolts
Valve seals???
You'd think they would make a gasket kit. They list a "valve grind kit", but it doesn't specify what headgaskets you get, and whether or not they are for the PI or non-PI heads. Just says 97-04 4.6L Romeo, so I'm afraid to go that route. Thanks!!!
