Porting and polishing the TB

I know i have seen on here a link to a website with step by step pictures and directions for porting the throttle body and the elbow as well as halfing the shaft on the throttle plate. Does anyone have that link to the site?

LOL - Hey , I seen you posted that "Cleaning The TB" earlier Tumba

That's the closest most get to a Port and Polish ..

I just used a 3" wire wheel - Buffer and some Ruby Red to polish the TB. - Hoaned out the ports with small pipe cleaners.

If your talking about bumping the TB up to 75mm then porting the elbow. -

Neal, Faster150 and ONELOWF(spelling) has done it.. But no one posted a "how to" on the topic that I have seen..

Yea , do that . Since I polished mine and removed that anti-sludge crap Ford puts in the TB's, it hasn't accumulated dirt or any kind of deposits around the plate. I just tweaked the TPS to .99 from 1.20 and feels a little quicker under normal acceleration - it gets right to 55mph with less effort and the trans shifts are spread a little further from 2nd -3rd. I would suggest this mod to dial it in even better ..Actually it's not a mod , it's suppose to be @ .99 from what I gather- BUT !! Check it out , their not ..

Yeah you just went way over my head. I guessing a voltage reading is what your talking about. I stick to what i know so i was just planning on boring out the tb b4 the throttle plate to match teh back of the tb and also the elbo to get the most flow. If you share how to adjust the tps then i will do it and hopefully it will help too!
