Question cam phasers

Want to order an 08' SC FX4, as of 11/07 has the issue of the phasers been addressed and corrected on the 5.4L V8?

I don't even know that the cam phaser problem is anything more than an annoyance. Pretty sure my truck has it. A little noise......

I thought the website and videos are great. Never really explained what would happen if the cam phaser is making noise. Mine does, and it follows closely to the TSB.

Mine follows the TSb to it is annoying but Im not gonna pay to get it fixed. I just wish we knew for sure that is isnt slowly hurting the engine.
