Ok UPDATE! Its alive! it idles! Talked to mike for a long time, came to the conclusion my controller for the fuel pump is faulty. We figured out how to bypass it and still get a dropped voltage for my pump. I got it all figured out. Went to start the truck, would not run still, no power, *&($&^ yea i was really mad. I decided, I have to know what the fuel pressure is. Went to autozone and all they had was a tester for 92 and older fords. hmm.. It has to work, got home, it did work. Put it on, turned the ignition on/off 3 times, NO pressure at all! hmm that cant be right, i took the tester off and pushed in on the pin in the shrader valve, just kinda puked out, no pressure. Ok so this is great news to me. I go to the fuel filter, pull that line off, no pressure, fuel just dripped out. ok, got to the pump, no pressure there. Took the tank off for a 3rd time. Pull it out, it all looks ok. I blow in the outlet end of the pump and fuel dumps out between the threads on the line going to the pump, its about ready to fall off! I tighten that and reinstall it. well I dont know what I did, but now my float is stuck and reading 1/4... great, I have to take it off a 5th time, but not now! I put the gauge back on and it read 42psi at idle. It runs great, idles great, but it still cuts out in boost. I'm sure its just in the tune, it has to be. I'll do some more data logging tomorrow.

Dont hold me to it, but I'm pretty sure Mike wont be selling any more of these controllers. He will switch to a new style. He also includes the correct wiring diagrams with the controllers. I will get that engine swap writeup to you soon dont worry, i've just been WAY too busy

You mean MAF / injector size scaling right - yes he should (as you saw in those earlier links I sent ya).

So - he's got to plug in te CORRECT value files for the BA2400, and then scale it for 42lb injectors...

Man - he should have done that from the start

And there is no way in HELL the STFT's were in the green - no way.

Nice time!
Look at the bright side, your tank is probably super clean by now with all of the road grime in the laundry basket! Keep up the good work, your'e getting there.

Hey Joey , when you get her all up to snuff (sound like your getting closer) and all dialed in - Do me a favor - Floor it from a stop and see how fast you get to 80...

I'm just curios how much faster my 98 is ..??

Thanx ..

Was rear ended this morning and my front driveshaft back home - haven't got it back on yet..

Rear tires were up in the air couldn't get any traction - Stuck on top of this a chicks Saturn - First time the front shaft has been off since I owned the truck and I end up needin it

Peeled that little Saturn's hood like a can opener - everyones okay - I think that chick filled her drawers - she was freakin a little - Knocked a little rust off my frame - The Saturn stopped about 18" from my rear axle..

Goofy woman , talkin on the cell phone..At least she admitted it - she could of been prettier - oh well ..- Stuff happens.

Keep goin dude , almost there , can't wait for the vid .. That things gonna freakin FLY

Well I'm just waiting now. I washed my truck for the first time in a month today! Thats a record. besides that, nothing really changed. It will idle really good and revs great, still sounds mean, but waiting on a tune tweak.
