Cylinder Layout -- 2001 F150 5.4L

Got a quick question...

Anyone know how the cylinders are laid out on the 2001 F150 (V8, 5.4L)? From the firewall to the front, is it 1, 2, 3, 4 on the driver side; 5, 6, 7, 8 on the passanger side???

I'm pretty sure i've got a bad coil on the #8 cylinder... trying to figure out which one to change...

Thanks!!

Same as they are on any other small block Ford - cylinders 1-4 are on the passenger's side from front to rear, and 5-8 on the driver's side.

In all of these, the FRONT of the block is DOWN.
