I'm glad I'm not the only one getting these codes. My truck is a 1997 F-150 4x4 Supercab Flareside. I bought mine in May 1996 (when is a 97 model not a 97 model). The engine computer is a EEC-V ML2-334 model built at the Ford Electronics Facility in Lansdale (Should know, I used to work there.) Engine is a 4.6 built in Windsor.
I just got my truck back from the dealer after having new O2 sensors installed. Still get the same 1133/1153 or 1134/1154 codes. This only happens when I am using the programming from my Superchips MAX MicroTuner. When I run with the stock program reinstalled I do not get these codes. I have changed the EGR,DPFE, and O2 Sensors, cleaned my stock MAF and IAT. Also, changing my fuel filter made no difference.
Like you, when the light comes on, there is no difference in performance. Mine also only seems to do it on a straightaway when the engine rpm is pretty much steady.
Mods installed:
K&N FIPK, Gibson Super Truck Cat-Back Exhaust, Moroso Super Edis Coils, Ford 9mm Racing Wires, Denso Iridium Plugs, Flex-a-lite E-fans and of course a Superchips Programmer. Also, just had a set of Summit Shorty Headers installed due to drivers side manifold flange bolt breaking.

With all that stuff, it's not possible to definitively diagnose the fault. Especially since the P1133/P1153 are not even supported Ford DTCs for 1997 through 2002, at minumim.
Best advice is to take EVERYTHING back to stock, especially the tuner, FIPK, and the TB, , then retest. If it passes, then add one mod at a time until you find the problem.
Personally, I'd suspect a Superchips problem and that there's actually nothing else wrong with your trucks. You will probably need to contact your Superchips dealer for tech support about why their tuner is causing problems.

You covered allot of maybe's already..

Let's see: Both report the exact same fault code that wasn't even defined when the truck was made, both have the same brand of tuner, and one specifically stated that the codes only occur when using a specific non-factory tune. Hell, even Barney Fife would be suspicious of THAT set of circumstances.
To do anything other than return the vehicle to stock and retest would likely be a waste of time.

Yeah , I was just taking a stab at it , I'm not that familiar with tunners. I think we replied at the same time because I didn't catch yours before adding mine or I prolly wouldn't have guessed.
I know people have had issue's with chips in the past but I haven't heard all that much about problems pointing to a tunner add on .
P1133 Bank 1 Fuel Control Shifted Lean (FAOSC)
P1153 Bank 2 Fuel Control Shifted Lean (FAOSC)
Strange codes ehh.
I got them here -
