95 5.0L-looking for SPOUT

Trying to adjust timing for the first time on my 95 F150 5.0L. Where is the SPOUT hidden. I've looked all over and had no luck finding it.

It should be taped to the harness near the ignition module.

Howdy and welcome. Drivers side hood hinge by the OBD1 connector.
