5.4 3v (TRITON) swap into a 91 f150

i just got a 5.4 3v out of an 04 f150 for cheap. i currently have a 91 f150 with the 300 4.9 I6 in it. i was wanting to make the swap but wanted to see if anyone has done it yet so that i could get some info/advice on the swap. i figured i just need the ecm, harness, trans, motor mounts and i should be good to go.

Not sure of the details, but I read somewhere you might need some of the dash board to go with the harness....... something about sensors/codes management.

Transmission mate up?
Transmission control?
All the wiring, PCM and sensors.
New exhast.
Are there emissions concerns?
And the list goes on.
Is it worth it?
If cost is no object and accomplishment is prime, then go for it.

You'd be better off selling that 3V on EBay or something and buying like a 302 or 351W to stick in your truck.
