Sorry guys i know this is a dumb question, i tried to search but didnt find what i was looking for. Im looking at getting some headers and it says for models with EGR valve only. What is an EGR valve and how do i know if i have one or not?

EGR = "Exhaust Gas Recirculation" Your truck has one, unless you took it off. It is a device that introduces exhaust gas into the intake. It's purpose is to reduce emmissions. It is mounted on the side of the intake. It will be connected to your exhaust system via a small metal pipe. Try searching again. There are THOUSANDS of threads and pictures related to the egr valve.
