About what speed? Could be tire balance if the speed is around 40mph.

Sounds like a clutch pack prob..or when you accelerate your shaft sliding up on the spline (tailshaft) . Teflon Grease has fixed that..

What's about halfway mean?

It might be the torque converter - how many miles?

it happens from a dead stop till about 5-10 mph and its never over that. it also does not do it all the time it seems to do it when i turn to the right, or if im on a hill to start. the truck only has like 55,000 miles on it. the halfway means, when i hit the gas about half throttle

If thats the case you may want to get that looked at sooner than later. A new diff isnt the cheapest thing to purchase and get installed.

Also your post title is rather humorous in a very juvenile type of way, couldn't help but chuckle for a sec upon reading it. My first thought was "Sounds like a personal problem."

Cool

HI!... Try doing a rearend service. Change the oil, check for any debre in the oil and down in the case. Inspect the clutches. I tore all the "THUMB NAILS" off most of my clutches in my 9.75 a few years ago. Remember to use synthetic gear oil and most importantly remember to use the FORD friction modifier with the gear oil.

Wasn't that the "Gerbil Jammer"

The confusion began after someone stole the "Exit Only" sign..

That was pretty disturbing, Butt , it made the headlines lol..

What kind of rear-end do you have? Limited Slip? What kinda gears are you running? Did you replace any of the gears for a higher/lower gear ratio?? I am definately no expert with differentials...etc. but I get the inner workings of them. Answer these...reply back maybe someone can give you more options from there

If it's a limited slip rear, change the lube - use the required 75W140 synthetic and the bottle of Ford additive - then go out in a parking lot and drive it around slowly in tight circles for 15 minutes to work the new lube and additive into the clutch plates.

Yeah, I had to do that to mine , although I didn'tdrive in circles , maybe I should have, it may have totally healed quicker ..

Anyway after changing the the rear end fluid the prob almost disappeared completely - it took about 50 miles or so for it to completely go away, but it worked!!!

Oh , make sure you add the friction modifier to the 75w 140w mentioned more than once above , they say 4 oz's for the 8.8 rear end and 8 oz's for the 9.75's.

Good Luck
