Bad engine mount?

Lately I've noticed that sometimes after I start my truck, I can feel vibrations through the gas pedal on acceleration until the engine warms up. It is much more pronounced on cold days (this is South Florida, 60 degrees is cold). It feels a lot like a bad motor mount, but I have checked them and they seem fine. Any thoughts?

Ford calls that "grounding" of the accelerator cable, usually against the oil dipstick tube. There are some TSBs about it. Basically, zip-tie it away so it can still move, but not resting against anything.
