Hey all,


I'm trying to straighten out a few things with the front end of my 1985 f150. I would need a picture of an engine bay from another '85 truck. Engine type would be helpful to include.

What exactly are you trying to "straighten out"?



You can find plenty of pics of older trucks thru FSB, or by searching the registries on SMN.

a cant pinpoint exactly what im trying to fix, just want to make sure nothings missing, etc.

you got three belts or two?

My 85 is a V8 and its only got two.


Thoughts?

 

Do you have A/C, smog pump, & a HD alternator?

 

4. One for the power steering and fan, one for the AC, one for the alt, and then one from the alt to the smog pump.

I remember my old high imput 1985 5.8V8. 9mpg most of the time!

 

sorry, adrian. to answer, im missing my ac belt, and my PSF leaks like crazy. The belt isnt too important, but i wanted to make sure the belt had no nothing to do with something critical. Anything else you wanna know id be happy to answer. again, thanks for the help.
