Mass air flow sensor cleaning help

Just took out my Maf sensor. Ive read the posts here but maybe i missed something. What do i spray? Do i have to take it apart to properly clean it and if so do i need a special tool for the screws. Thanks

Look at the 2 fine wires in the middle of the tube [do not touch them]. Spary them with CRC MAF cleaner. Read the instructions on the can. You don't have to take it out of the tube to clean it.

I replaced those screws with phillips head type. I removed existing screws with vise grips.

Clean with brake cleaner, MAF cleaner or like product. I used compressed air to dry (about 5lb's) ..
