Like the title says, my stepdad's 03 4.6 F150 56K had lights, wipers, radio, etc. but only clicked when you turned the key. I traced it down to be the positive cable connection at the starter corroded off completely. The clicking he heard was prob. the elec. arcing to the solenoid. NE Ohio salted roads, you gotta love them.
