Help!! Need a pic of fuel vapor canister and charcoal canister

Just like the title says guys....Had the SES light on for some time now, and got a code for leak in the evap emissions control system...Found no broken vac lines under the hood, but on the charcoal canister back by the spare tire, only one side has a line on it, and the other side is open, and I cant find a line to connect to it....Any help here is greatly appreciated...Oh and if somebody could check theirs, you have to lower the spare tire, look up and you cant miss the canister and charcoal filter....Thanks in advance

Already did that....I just need somebody to look at theirs...On mine, on the rectangular canister, on one side there is a hose connected to it that is about 1/2 in in diameter...On the other side of the canister, the plastic is molded to accept a hose i guess the same size as the other side...And it is open..I assume that is my problem...But I do not see a large hose anywhere that would connect to that...Or should it just be capped, and mine has lost that cap???

It should have a vent cap on it to keep bugs out, but that's NOT the source of the code. Even if it's a different shape, it works just like this.
