oil sending unit

i am trying to locate the oil sending unit on a 1997 ford f150 supercab with the 4.6 liter v-8,oil pressure guage is jumping up and down,any help would be greatly appreciated.

The oil pressure sending unit located on the left hand side of the engine near the oil filter. That's where the 98 5.4 is. I think yours is in the same spot.

Keep in mind theres a switch too and also this is a 5.4L - by the manifold torward the front of the motor..front center , little towards the drivers side.
