Cheapest remanufactured engine deal

Just wondering where to get the best deal on a remanufactured 5.4l for 99 f150? My truck has developed a slight rod knock and I am looking to the future so I don't get caught with my pants down.

whatever you do do not buy one from advanced autoparts my brother bought one and the heads were warped returned the motor got a second with the same issue ended up getting one out of a wreck with 0 problems. Hit the salvage yards!
