Unhappy Oil in the air cleaner

I have a 1989 150 302, when I got it, it had a totaly blocked oil gallery on right side that I had to drill open. Worked fine for a little bit. Do you think that the oil could be built up in the intake. I am getting oil in the air cleaner. It runs but I then lose oil pressure and it smokes once it warms up.

You may have more sludge plugging up the works. Run Seafoam through the
engine, and change the PCV valve.... And did the picture of the shiny blower motor with a pre-oiler help at all???
