No such thing, actually. But the TimeSert website has a video. IIRC, it's linked on the Ford Triton BigSert page.

But there's a ~5-page thread here with plenty of info about TimeSerts, and you can click the blue CV in my signature & look in the Spark Plug album to see me installing one.

Great video on the site. Very informative. One point not made that maybe should be is to insure the piston is low in it's stroke (maybe it's in the written instructions?). Looks like if not, you could hit a piston top. Only other thing I noticed was his ability to reach inside the cylinder head with the rag to catch the contact cleaner!

I just watched the time sert video. They make it look so easy since they have a head removed and its cut in half.

But, I must say it is a good kit they put together to fix those pesky blown plug holes.
