4.6 alternator probs...Please help.

4.6 charging prob...Possible fusible link?...Please help.
I have a 2004 F-150 Heritage w/4.6L. I just replaced my alternator and battery and now there is no charge current going to the battery althought there is current coming off of the alternator. So somewhere in between the two the charge is being lost. I there a fusible link somewhere? Does anyone have a wiring diagram? I had no problems before this and I am stummped as far as what else to check. Thank you for your help!!! Jason
