o2 sensors

I just got a "check engine light on". So then i went to my buddy and he scanned it and we determined that the o2 sensors on the right side bank are going bad. I was just wanting to know about how much they will run for 2x of them? Also would you just replace all 4 or just the one's that are bad? Thxs

How exactly did he/you determine the HEGOs are bad?

I'd place my money on none of the O2 sensors being faulty...

Post your fault codes.

I second that I would put my money on the O2 sensors being just fine. Check the PVC tube the rear elbow goes bad all the time. Autozone told me O2 sensors and I replaced all four sensors and nothing. So I cleaned the MAF sensor and the PVC valve and the tube and that fixed the problem.

My service engine soon light is on also.

I have codes

P0171 and P0174
Sysetm too lean Bank1 and Bank2

I replaced the Vacum elbow with some fuel line (is that a good idea?) it was cracked. My light is still on.

KAM reset: disconnect negative battery cable and touch it to the positive battery post. then reattach

I'll bet it's not the 02's as well - seeing how you got those codes - hell ,that tells me your 02's are working fine.

Since you already fixed the vac leak, I would clean the MAF and then reset, that's the procedure - in most cases , you'll be set.
