your plugs are concealed underneath a COP (Coil-On-Plug) ingnition coil. They are round and balck in color and have a wire harness plugged into each. There are 8 of them - one on each plug. To remove the COP, disconnect the harness and unscrew the gold screw holding it down. I beleive the screw is an 8 mm. Once you unscrew the screw, pull up on the COP. You should get the entire assembly (Coil and boot) out. If the boot remains in the hole, use a pair of pliers to grab hold of it and pull it out.

Your plugs will be recessed deep within the holes that the COP's were in. You'll need a long extension to reach them.

All but the 2 rear most plugs are pretty simple to replace. The 2 rears require a little manuevering.

Good Luck!

Its actually a 7mm bolt. You will most likely need to remove a few small things to get at them. DO read up on this before doing the plug change.
There are a lot of little tips to know.
Don't forget the dielectric grease. Buy the big tube.
I always unplug the injectors to get a little more room at the plug/boot area.

7mm botls hold each COP in place. I suggest using a 1/4" wratchet with extensions to reach them. I find that I tend to overtorque small bolts when using a 3/8" wratchet. Pull each COP and use compressed air to clean each plug-well BEFORE removing the plugs!

You will need to remove a small bracket on the drivers side to get to #5 and possibly #6, it goes from the top of the T-stat housing to the PS reservoir. Those bolts are 8mm or 9/32. I've used both sized socets to remove that piece (don't ask).
