OBDII Scanner/Monitor

I was curious who out there might know a good scanner and monitor. I would prefer software I can put on my laptop instead of one of the hand held scanners. Also all they seem to do is read the code and clear the light. Since a lot of the problems require monitoring of the engines systems I would like something that can monitor sensors, air flow, etc... and those seem to be more the PC software type. I have run across a few and they seem to range anywhere from $100 to $500 for the PC based software and cable. I definitly don't won't to over pay but do want to get the most for my buck.

I have an AUTOTAP and I love it. It sounds like just what you want. Check it out on www.obdii.com.
